How do I become a PehliGaadi dealer partner? expand_more
Email dealersupport@pehligaadi.com with your business name, city, and approximate monthly inventory. Our onboarding team will share the partner agreement and KYC checklist. Most dealerships are verified within two business days.
Which iOS versions does the Dealer app support? expand_more
The PehliGaadi Dealer app supports iPhones running iOS 15 or later. For the best performance and camera-based inspection quality, we recommend iOS 17 or newer.
Why does the app ask for camera and location permissions? expand_more
Camera access is used only to capture vehicle photos and inspection media for listings. Location is used to tag listings to your dealership and match them with nearby buyers. Both permissions are optional and can be changed any time from iOS Settings. See our privacy policy for details.
How long does it take to publish a new listing? expand_more
A complete listing typically takes 1-2 minutes to capture in the app. After submission, our AI inspection layer reviews it within minutes; most listings go live the same day, subject to a final compliance check.
How do I report a bug or request a feature? expand_more
In the app, go to Settings → Help → Report an Issue, or email dealersupport@pehligaadi.com. Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce the issue.
How do I delete my dealer account? expand_more
You can request account closure from Settings → Account → Close Account within the app, or by emailing dealersupport@pehligaadi.com from a registered dealer contact. We will confirm the request, close active listings, and delete personal data in line with our privacy policy and applicable legal retention requirements.
